KIWANIS AUCTION UNDERGOES
MAJOR REVISIONS FOR 2008

The 36th annual Redmond Kiwanis Auction takes on a new theme and format as the club's largest fund raising project to benefit its youth projects.

Beer, Brauts and Bids is an Oktoberfest theme for a fun evening at the River Run Event Center at Eagle Crest, the former location of Niblick and Greene's Restaurant, beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 14.

Attendance is limited to 150 persons. The $30 fee covers the Oktoberfest meals and two mugs of beer or glasses of wine, and entry into a drawing for a vacation stay.

For $10 more patrons can receive souvenir mugs and additional beverages.
The evening will include a mix of silent and oral auction items, including packages for hunting fishing, relaxation and gardening. Angela Boothroyd is the auctioneer.
Kiwanis members are soliciting items for the auction.
